Refund policy

At Premium Toner Supply, we uphold a 30-day return policy, affording you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and packaged as received. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return

To commence the return process, kindly contact us at sales@premiumtonersupply.com. Returns should be dispatched to the following address:

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and rectify it promptly. Our Premium Toner Supply, toner cartridges come with an unconditional guarantee to perform equal to or better than the original supply.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Should you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

For a swift resolution to obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the product in question. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
